Cardio/core
A combination of our strength format mixed with cardio elements.
Total Body Sculpt
A workout that includes different types of equipment (weights, resistance bands, balls, etc) and exercises that target all major muscle groups.
Silver sneakers
It's designed to help seniors stay active and improve their overall health and well-being. Our Silver Sneakers class includes cardio, strength and balance exercises with varying pieces of equipment.
Les Mills Body Pump
This is a barbell class that utilizes low to moderate weights and high repritions to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall fitness. It's a full-body workout that challenges all major muscle groups.
Spinning
A spin workout, also known as indoor cycling or studio cycling, is a high-intensity, cardio exercise class that takes place on stationary bikes. An instructor guides participants through different speeds, resistance levels, and interval training.
pilates(mat)
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and improving the body's core muscles, flexibility, and balance. It involves a series of controlled movements using body weight, resistance bands, balls or small weights.
yoga
Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that combines physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. It aims to unite the body, mind, and spirit through various practices, including : exercises to imporve flexibility, strength, balance, breathing techniques
cardio
A workout that is targeting a higher heart rate to increase endurance. The class may use different types of equipment and can also include weight exercises
zumba
Zumba is a dance-based fitness program that combines Latin and International music with energetic dance moves, creating a fun and effective workout experience.
Les Mills core
A 30-minute workout targeting the core (shoulders to glutes) choreographed to specific music tracks. Equipment may be used (wights, resistance bands).
