We believe in personal training so much, your first session is on us!

At Naples Family Fitness, our personal training programs are far more than just a series of one-on-one sessions. With a training area designed to feel like a private studio, you can expect to get an intimate and goal oriented session programmed specifically for you. All of our clients are put through an evaluation followed by a workout and are then progressed according to their individual needs. You can rest assured that you will move, feel, and look better after working with a Naples Family Fitness personal trainer. Our entire team of personal trainers are certified/and or degreed in the field of exercise science. Each trainer has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of one-on-one training.

Justin Korb

Justin grew up on Long Island and went to college in Cortland, NY where he studied Exercise Science and Physical Education. Justin moved to Naples in August of 2011 with his girlfriend, Meghan, who attends Law school. He is very close with his family and enjoys the limited time he gets to spend with them. His motivation for working out came from his good friend and workout partner who was killed in Afghanistan in April of 2010.

Greatest Physical Accomplishment: Kayaked around the Island of Manhattan (33 Miles in 8 Hours)

Holly was raised right here in Naples Florida! She attended Barron Collier, then went to UCF where she played division 1 golf for four years. Holly loves to be on the boat or anything that includes the water and the sand! Her friends, family and of course her husband are what her world revolves around.

Holly’s training philosophy: “I believe there is absolutely no secret, no magic pill and no trick to losing weight. It’s simply kicking your butt into gear and eating less. If you’re bored, so am I. I change things up, and continuously stay on top of the industry trends! Diet is 80% of losing weight; I will help you make healthy eating a lifestyle. Chris grew up just outside of Boston, Ma . His love and interest for fitness began at the age of 13 years old. His friends noticed his physical changes and dedication to exercising so they began training with him. This continued through college where he was asked to train his hockey teammates at Salem State. Personal training then became a natural career choice. Chris moved to Naples Florida to be closer to his family. He brings the same approach to training his clients as he does himself. Plan a goal and choose a lifestyle to obtain it!

Jamie was born in Montreal, Canada, yet has been a native to Marco Island and Naples for over 22 years. She has a beautiful daughter that she calls her “mini me”. Jamie loves Vinyasa flow Yoga, running, mud-runs and cuddling with her daughter, especially on movie nights. Her favorite vacation spots are at her grandmothers in Montreal and on the beach in Nassau, Bahamas.

Dwayne

Dwayne

Dwayne moved to Naples from Michigan in 2013.

He has created effective programs for toning the buns, thighs and hips. He has conducted weight loss seminars, and championed circuit strength training programs for novice and first time members searching for fitness solutions and muscle strength.

His prior position in Michigan was Personal Training Director at The Davison Athletic and Country Club training athletes and members, and boys head varsity basketball coach at Wooodland Park Academy, MI.
